Refund policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds and are not responsible for anything that occurs after the package leaves the studio. Please keep in mind this is a small business, your orders are taken care of by hand. Your orders leave the studio in good condition. You are responsible for any incoming customs (this is out of our control) and if the post office has let you know you have something waiting, please pick it up!
If a package is stolen, I'm so sorry, I can't replace it for you :(
Refunds are only allowed in cases of extreme damage upon arrival.
